Use supplied award terms, allocation method, indirect-cost base, and amendment version. Do not equate a linked receipt with allowability.
The engine cannot establish that all transactions were exported. It does not perform currency conversion, infer missing balances, or post adjustments.

Collect the records
Start with final ledger and award balances. Confirm the case, period, and source versions before the review.
Extract the task fields
Use award ID, reporting period, expense or staff ID, allocation to keep records distinct. The agent records the original value, an exact quote, and the source location.
Reconcile the amounts
Add the observed amounts and compare the total with the supplied baseline. Run the Python helper on the structured records. Check each finding against its source.
Complete the report
